"What a relief from the usual BS"

Dear Jan,

As I reflected on the negotiations that lead up to my purchasing a 2015 Subaru Forester from Fairway Subaru,  I told Eleanor that, without a question, this purchase is the best of its kind I have ever experienced.

First, while I know (and you know) that the automobile market is a seller's market (after all, only the seller knows the cost facts), I at no time felt that you were playing games with me.

Second, you were very knowledgeable about Subaru products, and enthusiastic- while maintaining a sense of reality. If I posed a question that you couldn't answer off the bat, you were clear in saying so - but got an answer. What a relief from the usual BS one gets in that situation.

Third, you were flexible as I wavered about the set of options I wanted.

Fourth, you heard exactly what I wanted and did not try to sell me anything I did not want.

Fifth, you got the exact set of options that I wanted, by trading. Others tried to push the "on the lot" product off on me.

Sixth, Mike was a delight to deal with. Another straight shooter. THERE WERE NO SURPRISES!

I would recommend Fairway Subaru without reservation if asked. Fairway sure has a winning team with you and Mike.

My buying experience with Fairway Subaru was smooth and easy.  They got me the exact model I wanted and with all the optional equipment factory-installed so that when the car arrived it was ready to go. All the details of my sale were thoroughly explained to me as well as the most necessary new features, such as the adaptive cruise control. I drove away feeling as good about my dealings with the Fairway Subaru staff as I did about my new 2014 Forester.

Last March my Mom traded in her beloved Subaru Forester for a brand new Subaru Outback.  I loved that Forester... but she was wanting something newer & there was something about needing a little extra space for me... I'm a 15 yr. old Bichon with senior needs & I gotta tell ya, my parents take pretty darned good care of me!  The whole back seat & 1/2 of the back storage area have been retrofitted for my traveling comfort... (I love to ride in the car!)
 
At any rate, I would like to acknowledge my good friends at Fairway Subaru Sales & Service Depts. in Greenville, SC. With enormous gratitude  for all you've done to help us with all of the Subaru's we've owned over the years... With 20 + years with Subaru, Jan is a well of information and the guys in service ALWAYS get me in and out so fast when I come in for my regular service visits.
